The Brooklyn girls have done it again! They make so much deliciousness each time we all meet. I am a sucker for Mexican food, and this healthy rendition really hit the spot.
- Fajitas with black beans, chicken (not pictured), sauteed veggies, perfectly seasoned, flour tortillas and cheese
- Corn on the cob
- Homemade guacamole & salsa with blue corn tortilla chips
- “Fried” Ice cream with cornflakes, butter, sugar and cinnamon, drizzled with chocolate sauce
